New Ad Outlines How Rob Sand Will Take on the Rigged System

DES MOINES, IA – Today, nominee for governor Rob Sand released a new ad, “Crisis,” outlining the ongoing crises facing Iowa families after a decade of one-party control. This is part of an ongoing 6-figure statewide ad buy across all platforms – TV, streaming, and digital. From a plummeting economy, sky-rocketing housing costs thanks to out-of-state hedge funds buying up Iowa homes and land, an ongoing water quality crisis, and politicians who do the bidding for special interests and powerful insiders, Iowa’s current elected leaders have done nothing to solve some of the state’s toughest challenges. 

“As a native Iowan, I know we can’t afford a repeat of the farm crisis, but a decade of one-party control is putting us dangerously close,” said nominee for governor Rob Sand. “The system is broken, but we can’t fix it with another four years of the same status quo that has been failing Iowa families. Iowans want a new direction, and a leader they can count on to put them first and hold powerful insiders and special interests accountable. As governor, I will get to work unrigging the system, holding powerful insiders accountable, and putting Iowa families first, just like I’ve done throughout my career.”
